Ingredients
  • 250gr Spaghetti Spirulina
  • 300gr cod
  • 1 Jerusalem artichoke
  • 200gr Dried tomatoes
  • Taggiasca olives
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Clean and cut the cod. Bring the cooking water to the boil and immerse the spaghetti with spirulina for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the cod in a pan with extra virgin olive oil for about 4 minutes.
Once the spirulina spaghetti is drained, add it to the pan with the cod to complete the cooking by adding the Taggiasca olives.
Serve the recipe by adding the dried tomatoes.
