Ingredients
  • 250g Red Lentil sedanini
  • 1 medium-sized aubergine
  • 300g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • EVO oil to taste
  • salt to taste

Procedure

Dice the aubergines and fry them in EVO oil.
After 2 minutes add the cherry tomatoes, cook the sedanini in plenty of salted water, drain and put them in the pan with the aubergines and cherry tomatoes.
Complete the dish with a few marjoram leaves.
