Felicia red lentil pasta is rich in vegetable protein (26% per 100g of product), fibre and minerals such as phosphorus, iron, zinc and manganese.
Felicia has always endorsed the clean label philosophy by putting clear, legible, transparent labels on its products and in most cases using only one ingredient: 100% organic red lentil flour.
Felicia pulse pasta is natural, nutritious, tasty and good for the whole family. Children rediscover the pleasure of eating pulses in the form of pasta. Sportsmen and women have the possibility to choose a diet that is functional to their training. All those who choose to eat healthy and natural have the opportunity to vary their diet and look after their well-being.
Eating Pasta Felicia is simple, practical and quick: it only takes a few minutes to serve a healthy, nutritious dish with the authentic taste of pulses. Also good with just a drizzle of oil.
Felicia fosters optimism and creativity while cooking by discovering new combinations, tastes and flavours.
Felicia Red Lentils are organically grown and sourced from the Italian supply chain. They are grown sustainably in the soils of southern Italy, mainly between Puglia and Basilicata.
Felicia is environmentally friendly: growing pulses has less impact on the climate because it saves water and releases less carbon dioxide into the air. Growing them, especially in rotation with other plants, such as cereals, helps fertilise the soil and prevent its impoverishment.
Depending on the employed raw material, the cooking time of pasta differs. As with 'traditional' pasta, you can adjust the cooking time to suit your preferences.
The oats used in Felicia products are naturally gluten-free and are tested in our laboratories before each production run.
