Ingredients
  • 250g Green pea fusilli
  • 150g Broccoli
  • 100g Peas
  • 150g Cardoncelli Mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.

Procedure

Brown the garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and add the peas and chopped mushrooms.
In a pot with plenty of salted water, boil the broccoli, add the fusilli and drain them when al dente.
Toss all the ingredients in the pan, adding some cooking water.
Mix and serve hot.
