Oats mezzi rigatoni, carrots and mackerel: Carnival recipe

Procedure

Cube and blanch all the vegetables, then cool them in cold water, fillet the mackerel.
Cook the mezzi rigatoni in plenty of salted water, drain and toss the rigatoni with evo oil, vegetables and the mackerel, season with salt and pepper, and finish the dish with a drizzle of evo oil.
