Ingredients
  • Farfalle brown rice 250 gr.
  • Fresh salmon 100 gr.
  • Spring beans 80 gr.
  • Pink pepper 
  • Yellow tomato 40 gr.
  • Sesame seeds 
  • Limes 1 pc.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balances.

Procedure

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and peel the spring beans and set aside.
Cut the salmon into tartare (cubes) and season with lime peel, salt and pink pepper.
Drop the farfalle into plenty of salted water and when cooked, cool and season with extra virgin olive oil and all the previously prepared ingredients; finalize the dish with sesame seeds.
