Ingredients
  • 340g Felicia Brown Rice Tagliatelle;
  • 600g - 700g turnip greens;
  • A few fillets of anchovies;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Chilli;
  • salt and olive oil to taste.

Procedure

Clean the turnip greens and cook them in plenty of salted water.
After about 4 minutes, pour the pasta into the same water.
In a frying pan, fry the garlic and chilli in the oil and add a few anchovy fillets.
Drain the pasta together with the turnips and toss it in the pan.
Serve with a drizzle of Evo oil.
