VERDIPIÙ AND OATS PASTA: FELICIA'S MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS ON SHOW IN NUREMBERG

Gravina in Puglia, 5 February 2020 - Felicia, a brand of Andriani, a leading company in the Innovation food industry and specialising in the production of innovative and naturally gluten-free pasta, confirms its presence at Biofach 2020 (Hall 4, stand 4-207/D), the leading global exhibition for organic food, scheduled from 12 to 15 February, which brings together more than 50,000 professional visitors and confirms itself as the ideal place to connect brands and buyers at an international level.

Felicia selects high quality and predominantly organic raw materials, producing one of the widest ranges of innovative, tasty, healthy and nutrient-rich pasta. Production takes place in Italy in a 100% allergen-free factory, in compliance with quality and food safety criteria and with 10 national and international product certifications.

At Biofach, the focus will be on two of Felicia's most innovative proposals: Verdipiù and Oats Pasta. Pulses together with vegetables change shape, becoming a complete, organic and naturally gluten-free meal: Verdipiù is in fact a rich foodstuff that guarantees a correct intake of essential nutrients for a good psycho-physical balance: proteins to maintain muscle mass, potassium, fibre, vitamins and minerals such as iron, phosphorus, manganese and zinc.

Available in two varieties, in the form of Sedani rigati with organic yellow lentils and pumpkin and Caserecce with organic red lentils and red beetroot, Verdipiù is ready in 5 minutes and is a practical solution for quickly preparing a rich and balanced dish, also suitable for sportsmen and women, and for children who do not usually like to eat vegetables and pulses as they are. The high proportions of pumpkin and beetroot give all the taste of fresh vegetables, that is why this pasta is good as it is, or to be enjoyed with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese. An organic, vegan, nutritious and naturally gluten free source of fibre, Felicia Oats Pasta is always cooked al dente and has a unique, delicate flavour that is also suitable for those who want to enjoy pasta outside of a meal.

Available as Caserecce, Mezzi rigatoni and Penne, it is also good if served cold and can be used in a variety of ways, from sweet to savoury, to enjoy at any time of the day.
